Our FETAC D30189 BER Assessor Training Course for New & Existing Dwellings is delivered over 7 days, comprising 5 days for module 1 and 2 days for module 2. Our combined D30189 assessor course will have a particular emphasis on existing dwellings during the 5 days of module 1. The 2 days of module 2 will focus on new dwellings.

SEAI's January 2010 Report advised that are now over 1,986 registered assessors for dwellings. A total of 6,893 people (including those registered) have successfully completed BER Assessor training for dwellings.
