IHER Energy Services provides a range of building energy rating consultancy services. IHERES has carried out several major research projects on Irish housing stock over the past 10 years.These include:

• The Ballyfermot Residential and Fuel Poverty Report (2004)

• Report on a Pilot Energy Efficiency Upgrade on 150 houses in Dublin 9,10 & 12 for Dublin City council, Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government (2008)

• Pre and Post Intervention Impact Report for SEI's Waterford Initiative on 400 Homes (2008)

IHER Energy Services currently provides consultancy services to Energy Action Limited for the Intelligent Energy Europe TABULA programme. The TABULA project will run for three years from 1st June 2009 to 31^st May 2012. The project is co-ordinated by IWU (Institut Wohnen and Umwelt GmbH - the Institute for Housing and Environment) based in Darmstadt, Germany. Partners in the TABULA projectsare from France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
